How are dumpsters scheduled for drop-off and pickup?
During the checkout process, simply select the day that you would like to receive your dumpster. The dumpster you selected will be delivered as soon as possible during the selected day. The driver will call to confirm before delivery. For an additional fee, you may upgrade your delivery to schedule within a two hour window of your choice. When you are finished with the dumpster and ready for it to be removed, just call and we will arrange a removal time that is convenient for you.
What additional options or services are provided with a dumpster rental?
In addition to your dumpster rental, you may select to add cancellation insurance, driveway surface protection, and / or a damage & fire waiver. These are offered during the checkout process and provide added peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances arising.
What is required to prepare for delivery?
To ensure safety, please choose a delivery area that is free and clear of vehicles, debris, materials, or any other obstructions that would make loading and unloading of the dumpster. An adult is required to be present at the time of delivery to ensure that the dumpster is placed safely where you want it and to discuss the procedures, prohibited items, and items that have additional pricing.

A photo of the scale ticket will be provided with the disposal invoice after the dumpster has been picked up and the contents have been disposed of.
